Letter of Recommendation, James Maitland.

I am a custom home building contractor in Summerside, PEI and have had the pleasure of working with James on some of my projects. James was contracted on one of our custom home builds to completely finish the paint work from priming to ceiling and wall finish and spraying of finished trimwork.

Our custom homes are high quality builds so we choose to work with subcontractors who are professional and excel in their field of work. Not only is James professional he is also very clear on his expectations and communication with timelines is very good. It is easy to tell James takes pride in his work and his processes for paintwork is above the industry standard and I would expect his work ethic outside of paintwork to be the same.

James has lots of experience in the construction industry outside of paintwork and has excellent skills in timeline management, project deadline projecting and would be an asset to any team or solo management careers. No matter the position I would be confident James would engage any role with full effort, professionalism and punctuality as was demonstrated on my jobsites.
